This website provides overseas shipping, please read the relevant shipping instructions below.
Before placing an order, please read the following instructions carefully. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask our customer service staff. We are happy to serve you.
Shipment Instructions
- After placing an order and paying for it, we will arrange shipment for you as soon as possible. Generally, products are shipped within about 3 working days (excluding the day of ordering). For pre-ordered products, the shipping date specified in the description of each product page is the starting date of shipment (scheduled within 3 days after the shipping date).
- Due to force majeure factors such as regular holidays, national holidays and typhoon holidays, shipments will be suspended.
- If there are many orders or force majeure natural disasters during festivals, shipments may be delayed.
- If the product you ordered has been shipped, canceling the order will deduct the round-trip shipping fee and related extension costs before returning the original order balance.
- If your delivery information is incorrect, or the delivery person cannot be arranged, no refund will be given. Please be sure to fill in the correct information when placing an order, and pay attention to your phone number and email address for delivery.
- The products will be inspected before they are sent out. Angly will not be responsible for the damage of the products during the transportation process, and overseas delivery will not accept returns or exchanges.
- If there are items that cannot be delivered in the order, the order will be notified by email and the order will be cancelled. Please be sure to fill in the correct email address.
Domestic Shipping Instructions
- Delivered by logistics companies such as Chunghwa Post, Convenience Belt, and Super Store to Store.
- Delivery scope: Taiwan's main island and outlying islands, mainly the areas where the above-mentioned logistics companies can deliver. If delivery is not possible, the order will be cancelled.
- The delivery time is about 2-7 days, which will vary according to different logistics companies and different regions.
- This does not apply to delays caused by natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, and other force majeure factors.
- If there is no one at home to collect the goods, it is recommended to choose a supermarket to pick up the goods.
- If you choose to go to a supermarket and the product is returned because it was not picked up, you will have to pay the shipping fee if you need to send it again.
- If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect receipt information and there is no one to sign for it, causing the package to be returned, we will directly cancel the entire order and refund the package fees incurred after deducting it.
- After the order is confirmed, if you change or cancel the order during the delivery of the goods, you must immediately contact customer service to assist in related processing. If you refuse without reason, this website has the right to suspend or terminate any member services and rights.
- If the goods cannot be delivered for two times, or if you refuse to pick up the goods after being notified within the agreed period, or if you cannot be contacted, it will be deemed that you agree to abandon the goods and bear the freight and related derivative costs without further notice. Demand merchandise, refunds, damages.
Domestic shipping
- Super store to store: 60 NTD on the main island; 100 NTD on outlying islands
- Home delivery: 80 NTD
Overseas shipping instructions
- Delivered by logistics companies such as China Post or SF Express.
- The delivery time is about 7-14 days, and will vary according to different logistics companies and different regions.
- This does not apply to delays caused by natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, and other force majeure factors.
- Overseas regions currently available for delivery: Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Thailand, Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany. For other delivery areas, please contact Line online customer service for inquiries.
- Cross-border shipping operations are complicated, so overseas returns and exchanges are not provided. If there are any defects or product errors, please contact Line online customer service within three days.
- Countries determine customs duties and surcharges based on the type and value of the goods. If the customs determines that import duties need to be paid, the consignee must pay them himself.
- For those who choose SF Express in Hong Kong and Macau, SF Express logistics staff will notify you by phone before delivery. Please keep the phone open. Within five days from the first contact date of SF Express Logistics, if the delivery fails to be delivered three times, it will be considered as a discarded item, and returns and refunds will not be accepted.
- Overseas shopping is zero-rated, and shipping with the goods is regarded as a proof of purchase. The invoice is only used as proof of zero-rated export of goods, and no other provision is provided.

Items cannot be shipped overseas
- Flammable liquids (perfumes, lotions, alcoholic products...)
- Magnetized materials (containing magnets, batteries...)
- Plant seeds, animal skins (feather clippers)
- Some foods need to be refrigerated for transportation (chocolate...)
- Other products that cannot be shipped overseas due to the laws of each country

Depending on the logistics company and region, the shipping fee will be different, and the actual shipping fee is based on the shipping fee displayed at checkout.
